    Lately I’ve been feeling a little disconnected and frazzled - my morning walk brought me to Sahara’s highest self podcast where she spoke about her experience at Abraham Hicks and I can’t tell you how on point it was. I love how she throws in personal experiences along with questions to ask yourself. Can’t wait for the next podcast!

    Love your book! As soon as it came in the mail, I couldn’t open it fast enough. I haven’t completed the book but taken recipes and put them in to action. I feel great! Also, love listening to you podcast daily.

    Thank you for this amazing book. I would experience bloating after I ate just about anything. First I thought it was just the legumes that caused the bloating but then I felt inflamed after eating any meal. I tried probiotics which did not help at all. Within a week after trying recipes from this book , I felt so light and my digestion is so fantastic that even though my diet now includes legumes, lentils , my stomach does not make strange noises and remains flat. I feel so fresh and wake up feeling energized! All the recipes are so delicious and it is easy to make. The taste does not get compromised either because it is plant based . I love the potions too as they are very relaxing .I highly recommend this book.

    Stunningly beautiful book! Lots of useful information, presented beautifully, on ayurveda, doshas, chakras, finding your balance, the tenets of health and tons of plant based recipes! Sahara Rose has brought modernity to ayurvedic practices which is encouraging. Although as a newcomer, I’m not ready to be as “pure” as she recommends, my copy is already dog-eared and I appreciate her guidelines.
